Building a Line of Defense through Real Actions and Protecting Security with a Brand-new Image —Records of Work Done by CSP Rail Transit Safety Department during the May Day Holiday

During the just-pass International Workers' Day, a holiday when many people choose to go on a trip and enjoy the wonderful spring days, all the leaders and employees of the Rail Transit Safety Department of China Security & Protection Group Co., Ltd. (CSP) remained on duty. They embodied the management concept of "Walking the Walk with Real Action and Creating a Brand-new Image" through their practical actions, safeguarding the travel of metro passengers and injecting solid support into the city's vitality.
Facing the severe test of increased metro passenger flow during the May Day holiday, CSP leadership made early plans. They signed letters of responsibility with relevant project leaders and required relevant project departments to develop holiday work arrangements based on local conditions and to upgrade security checks according to the requirements of clients in response to the large passenger flow during the holiday. All employees gave up their vacations and stuck to their security posts with full spirit. Every day, from the bustling morning rush hour to the late evening commute, they always maintained a meticulous and detailed work attitude, never ignoring any security risks.
Our commitment to the concept of "Walking the Walk with Real Action" runs through every security protection task during holidays and festivals. Our leaders took the lead and proactively went to the front lines, commanding at the forefront. They worked side by side with front-line staff at key areas such as metro platforms and security checkpoints, keeping track of the real situation and addressing various sudden issues in time. Moreover, our project leaders personally supervised key stations on the spot. They carefully oversaw every aspect to ensure that everything runs smoothly, from the normal operation of security inspection equipment to standard operation of the security process, from guiding passengers to responding to emergencies.
At the mobilization meeting prior to the holiday, CSP leadership particularly reminded us, "The passenger flow during the May Day holiday will be much larger than usual. We bear significant safety responsibilities during this period. We must remain vigilant at all times and practice the concept of 'Walking the Walk with Real Action' through concrete actions. We can only ensure passengers are reassured and at ease by upholding high standards in every detail." It was this meticulous and pragmatic spirit that led to the achievement of a "zero accident" goal during the May Day holiday in all project departments.
